People & culture

How do I keep staff?
Keep people by doing the basics really well: be clear about what “great” looks like, give a simple path to grow, check in regularly, recognise wins, and keep communication open and fair. Do this consistently and retention follows.
How gellibn helps
  • Clear expectations & skill ladders — show roles, standards, and steps to progress.
  • Onboarding checklist — get new staff settled and confident fast.
  • Weekly constant feedback and simple, clear communication.
  • Recognition — quick shout-outs tied to your values to celebrate real effort.
  • Pulse feedback — short check-ins.

How do I get my team to care more?
People care when they feel trusted, supported, and part of something. Make expectations clear, give ownership of tasks, recognise effort often, act on their feedback, offer real growth steps, and keep workload fair. Close the loop: if they speak up, show what you did about it.
